Andrea Hall

Andrea is an experienced Operations Manager with over a decade of experience in administrative operations. She is responsible for onboarding employees, updating and creating processes, and accounting. She works behind the scenes to ensure the cogs of Lightshift continue to turn.

Prior to Lightshift Energy, Andrea worked as Operations Manager at a data management software company and at other startups to build their business operations. Andrea has a BS in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
