Kevin Dawkins

Kevin has several years of experience structuring, negotiating, and conducting due diligence on complex transactions across the renewable energy space. Kevin is responsible for helping to formulate and execute origination and development efforts to expand Lightshift’s pipeline across the US. Prior to Lightshift, Kevin led greenfield development across PJM, ISONE for Qcells. Additionally, Kevin supported M&A, divestitures, and internal new technologies diligence at Qcells. Before Qcells Kevin worked in development at Dominion Energy. Kevin has a B.S. in Biology from James Madison University, and a B.S. in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.
